UM OLHAR SOBRE A INVESTIGAÇÃO DO PSYCAP EM CONTEXTO ORGANIZACIONAL

Resumo


Considerando que o aumento dos recursos internos dos funcionários e a promoção da sua aplicação no local de trabalho têm sido visto como elementos que podem favorecer o sucesso das organizações, e que o PsyCap (Capital Psicológico Positivo) é apontado como uma ferramenta para exercer influência no comportamento organizacional, o presente artigo reflete uma síntese da investigação existente sobre o PsyCap em contexto organizacional. Assim, a primeira parte deste trabalho aborda a concetualização do PsyCap e a segunda a sua popularidade e importância para o contexto organizacional. Segue-se a análise da pesquisa científica existente sobre as relações desta variável com outras variáveis organizacionais.
